That is incredible! 24 Hour Fitness is losing out on a client that really wants to buy--but only for a competive price. I worked out at Bally's for a long time and learned that it is necessary to speak directly to the Manager whenever any issue would arise. Perhaps if you walked over to the 24 Hour Fitness and explained the situation to the Manager, you might make some progress. It REALLY helps to have your gym close by.
Coincidently, I just got off the phone with my accountant regarding my State tax refund. I was told that even though the tax increase went into effect, the State is going to "delay" any tax refunds for as long as they can--whatever that means. So, it would appear that the refund check is NOT in the mail yet.
