They're one of the reasons I'm considering it -- They do the Organic/vegan thing, Voodoo does the hip cultster thing, and Ronalds in Vegas does the "just a donut shop, happens to be vegan" thing. There's room for one in LA, I think, that does a little bit of all of those =)
